• Question: where is the edge of the universe?

      There is no edge of the Universe because the Universe is infinite. But there is something called the cosmic event horizon. Anything outside this boundary, we won’t ever be able to see because the Universe is expanding and the light has to travel very far to reach Earth, even if it was emitted at the beginning of the Universe, there would still not have been enough time to reach us.

      Also because the Universe keeps expanding. This means that eventually all stars in our night sky will disappear from sight, and the sky will be just dark apart from the moon. 🙁

      This question reminds me of a video I saw about 5 years ago

      There is no edge!
      Some scientists think that the universe is like a game of pacman, you leave one side you come back on the other… no edge!

      Just like the other’s say, the universe doesn’t really have an edge, but it does have an ‘observable edge’ beyond which we can’t see.
